I charge $10 for every 10 mins that you are late past your scheduled booking time • if you are getting a service that requires any lace KNOT bleaching is included but your lace must be dropped off at least 72-24 hours before your appointment, I will not bleach knots the day of your appointment. your install will still look great with out the bleaching , knot bleaching gives a more scalp effect but the scalp look can be achieved with out it DONT PANIC • make sure all wigs / lace of any kind are cleaned of all chemicals and products before appointment, their will be a fee if I have to clean it , if you do not want to clean it pls add lace cleaning to your service before completing the booking process •If you’re booking under ANY SALES you must come washed and blow dried • PLS ADD WASH AND BLOW DRY TO YOUR SERVICE BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR BOOKING PROCESS. •if you do not show to Your appointment you will have charged 50% of service • No extra ppl please / if u have to bring children pls just let me know ahead of time • if you’re an impatient person pls do not book with me and also do not book with me on days you have appointments scheduled back to back , I will not rush on any service which may result to you being late to other plansBusiness Hours

Cancellation Policy
I charge 50% of the price of the service a client booked if said client doesn’t show up to appointment and or also doesn’t cancel within 4 hour prior to appointment , see you soon
